I'm making my Simple Stripes Sweater with (duh!) KnitPicks Simple Stripes sock yarn. I like the yarn so far -- it's the first I've used from them. Can't beat the price.
I like their Alpaca lace, Shadow, I think it is. I got enough for two shawls for like $20. It's similar to the laceweight alpaca we sell a the LYS where I work for 3 times the price. I've seen their merino too and it's lovely. Just goes to show what fair pricing and direct from the maker will get you. Oh, and great service...try them for something small and see.
